How can I order from Stylish Jewellery Online Boutique?
Currently the Stylish Jewellery Online Boutique is purely an online based business therefore, all orders will come direct via this site.
Using the shopping site couldn't be easier - simply view our products and, should you wish to make a purchase, choose your jewellery and add which color where applicable and click on the 'add to cart' button - this will then add the item(s) to your shopping cart. All orders are sent out 1st class recorded delivery. If you do not wish to use this service, please advise at time of posting, where normal 1st or 2nd class postage can be agreed. Customers must accept full liability, in the unlikely event that the goods go missing in the post. When will my credit card be refunded?
On receipt of the returned item(s) Stylish Jewellery Online Boutique will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the item(s) - excluding postage costs - only after we have performed standard quality checks. You must, however, return the goods to Stylish Jewellery Online Boutique in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

The fashion jewellery we supply is made from metal alloy. This means that precious metals such as: gold or silver are not used in the production. The description used by us: silver or gold, is only and exclusively by the name of surface color. Does your fashion jewellery contain Nickel?
The law prohibits the make of nickel jewellery. Therefore our products are not directly made with it. We offer six types of primary cover plating the so called product color surface. These are:
1-silver - color: glossy silver
2-old silver - color: glossy grey
3- hematite - color: glossy, dark, almost black
4- gold - color: glossy golden, so-called (New Gold)
5-copper- color: glossy orange-pink
6-old brass - color: dark brown (NICKEL FREE) color: brown
Completely deprived of even traces of nickel is color surface old brass.
In order to properly understand composition of the product, it is necessary to describe the method of use of the individual compounds in the production process.
For the production of fashion jewellery in colors: silver, gold, copper is needed so-called undercoat substrate binding metal surface with the color. For this purpose certain compounds containing sufficient traces of Nickel(counted in microns) (failing under standards set by EU, see annex at: EU Nickel Directive) are used. In addition to these three cases, secure color coatings of the product is applied. This additionally limits skin contact.
As far as the other surface colors: old gold and hematite, target coating is the same as in the three surfaces before is the undercoat. However, Nickel content (counted in microns) also here meets the norm set by the EU Directive.
Not only fashion jewellery (imitation artificial jewellery) contains nickel traces but also it can be found in surgical steel, titanium. Nickel may also be found in gold and silver.
Fashion jewellery we sell should not be used with freshly pierced skin. For that reason we do not supply piercing goods, see below EU Directive In accordance with mandatory provisions, the fashion jewellery we supply does not contain more than 0.05% nickel in respect of the weight of the product, which is permitted for its sale.
I have never bought jewellery online: How can I be sure I'll be happy with my purchase?
Even high quality photography, together with product descriptions and measurements, cannot really do justice to our jewellery - as the vibrant colors, sparkle and 'feel' are so hard to capture. As such, when a customer actually receives the piece, it often exceeds their expectations and gives even greater pleasure. How should I look after my jewellery?
It is important you look after your jewellery to ensure it looks great and lasts. All metals and stones require different care:

2. Do not clean the fashion jewellery with silver polish cloth (it will rub off its surface)
3. Fashion jewellery should only be cleaned with a dry soft cloth.
