Delivery Policy


We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods 

We guarantee to deliver all items within 5 working days of an order being placed. Usually orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of them being received, but during busy periods this may not be possible and could take longer.  If your order is urgent or you need your items by a specific date, then please contact us and we will try our best to help.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally experienced, and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or non delivery. If we are unable to deliver within our usual delivery time (within 5 days), and cannot agree another time with you, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order and get a full refund. All orders placed on a Friday after 3PM are normally despatched on the following Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday, whereby it will be sent on the next working day.

All orders will be sent out packed safely in a bubble envelope.

Delivery charges are available in 2 different options:

Standard Delivery

Automated by our system charge of £1.99  will be added to your order, no matter how large your order is and whether your order comes in separate parcels or on separate days. These delivery is sent to you by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as standard so we can ensure the safe arrival of your products. 

 

Express Next Working Day Delivery (orders placed before 1pm Mon - Fri)

To choose one of these, just add delivery method to your shopping cart bellow along with the rest of your order. The charge of £4 will be added to your order on top of standard delivery charge. Total charge for this service £5.99. 

If you do not wish to use this service, please advise at time of posting, where normal 1st or 2nd class postage can be agreed.  Customers must accept full liability, in the unlikely event that the goods go missing in the post. Stylish Jewellery Online Boutique will always obtain a receipt for packets handed over to the Post Office.
